Every Adorna product comes with a 2-year warranty, reflecting our confidence in the exceptional quality and durability of our collection. While rare, manufacturing defects can occur—and when they do, we’re committed to resolving them promptly and with care.
What’s Covered?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. If your item is found to be defective due to a production fault, we will offer a repair or replacement. If neither is possible, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
What’s Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by customer actions, such as mishandling, accidents, or improper use after delivery. General wear and tear from regular use is also excluded.
Important: Only clean items will be accepted for warranty assessment or repair.
